1. The following temporary changes concerning Subang Aerodrome (WMSA) will take place due to main apron improvements works from 01 February 2024 until 30 June 2024 EST. The improvement works will be divided into several stages.
2. During Stage 1A, Taxiway P, Partial of Apron Taxiway, Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1, Bay 29, Bay 30, Bay 31, Bay 32, Bay 33, Bay 34 and Bay 35 will be in operation. Taxiway N, Partial of Apron Taxiway, Aircraft Stand Taxilane N1, Bay 36, Bay 36A, Bay 36B, Bay 37 and Bay 38 will be closed for pavement improvement works.
3. During Stage 1B, Taxiway N, Taxiway P, Partial of Aircraft Stand Taxilane N1, Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1, Bay 29, Bay 30, Bay 31, Bay 32, Bay 33, Bay 34 and Bay 35 will be in operation. Areas at Bay 36, Bay 36A and Bay 36B (Existing) will be in operation and replaced with new bay numbers. Partial of Aircraft Stand Taxilane N1, Bay 37 and Bay 38 will be closed for pavement improvement works.
4. During Stage 2, Taxiway N, Taxiway P, Aircraft Stand Taxilane N1, Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1, Partial of Apron Taxiway, Bay 29, Bay 30, Bay 31 and Bay 32 will be in operation. Areas at Bay 37 and Bay 38 (Existing) will be in operation and replaced with new bay numbers. Partial of Apron taxiway, Bay 33, Bay 34 and Bay 35 will be closed for pavement improvement works.
5. During Stage 3A, Taxiway N, Taxiway P, Apron Taxiway and Aircraft Stand Taxilane N1 will be in operation. Areas at Bay 34 and Bay 35 (Existing) will be in operation and replaced with new bay numbers. Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1, Bay 29, Bay 30, Bay 31 Bay 32 and Bay 33 will be closed for pavement improvement works.
6. During Stage 3B, Taxiway N, Taxiway P, Apron Taxiway and Aircraft Stand Taxilane N1 and Partial of Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1 will be in operation. Area at Bay 33 (Existing) will be in operation and replaced with new bay numbers. Partial of Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1, Bay 29, Bay 30, Bay 31 and Bay 32 will be close.
7. During Stage 3C, Taxiway N, Taxiway P, Apron Taxiway and Aircraft Stand Taxilane N1, Partial of Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1 will be in operation. Areas at Bay 31 and Bay 32 (Existing) will be in operation and replaced with new bay numbers. Partial of Aircraft Stand Taxilane P1, Bay 29 and Bay 30 will be closed for pavement improvement works.d for pavement improvement works.
8. Details of the bay and taxiway closure will be mentioned in the remarks.
9. New bay numbers with aircraft stand coordinates (WGS-84) for operation at the main apron area will be notified in NOTAM.

2.20.7 Taxiing to and from stands
2.20.7.1 No aircraft movement is allowed at closed portions of apron taxiway, aircraft stand taxilane, parking bays and taxiway.
2.20.7.2 The routes to be used by aircraft when taxiing into, on and out of the apron will be specified by ATC. The issuance of a taxi route by ATC does not relieve the pilot-in-command of the responsibility to maintain separation with other aircraft in the movement area or to comply with ATC directions intended to regulate aircraft movement.
2.20.7.3 Pilots are advised to take note of the precautions on the presence of open excavation, workers, construction materials and construction equipment, particularly when taxiing adjacent to the apron and aircraft bays/stand while works within the cordoned/barricaded areas are in progress.
