1.1 The purpose of this AIRAC AIP Supplement is to notify the aircraft operator of the permanent implementation of Simultaneous Parallel Approaches Based on the Direction of Flight at KLIA.
1.2 This procedure will be effective from 0000 UTC on 2nd October 2025.
2.1 Modes of Operation
2.1.1 The preferred runway mode of operations are as follows:
Runway 32L for departures, Runway 32R for arrivals, and Runway 33 mixed mode;
Runway 14R for departures, Runway 14L for arrivals, and Runway 15 mixed mode.
3.1 Aircraft Operators should refer to the flight planning requirement when filing a flight plan into WMKK.

4.1 Aircraft Operators should note that STAR assignments for WMKK are based on the KL TMA entry point. The following STARs are assigned to each PMS:
PMS East (STAR 1G): KAKAK, PULIP and SAROX;
PMS West (STAR 1H): NIREN, PUGER, SALAX, and GUPTA.
4.2 Traffic management via PMS will be as follows:
PMS East (STAR 1G): manage arrivals for RWY 32R/32L or RWY 14R/14L;
PMS West (STAR 1H): manage arrivals for RWY 15/33.
4.3 PMS and Midnight STAR Arrival - Operational Hours and Slot Availability.

However, in real-time, it should be noted that ATC may assign different STARs for ATM measures.
5.1 Procedures may be suspended under the following conditions:
Adverse weather conditions;
Single PMS in use;
Airspace activities (e.g., calibration, flypast); or
Runway or taxiway closure.
6.1 This AIRAC AIP Supplement will remain in force until it is incorporated into the AIP Malaysia. Any updates, changes and cancellation to this AIRAC AIP Supplement will be notified through NOTAM.
