Flights at 3000 FT or below transiting through the Mulu area shall establish two-way radio communication with Mulu Tower on 129.200 MHZ (P) or 121.700 MHZ (S) if their flight paths are expected to cross the extended centreline of RWY 21 / Approach area RWY 03 and the distance is less than 15 NM from the thresholds. Communication must be established at least 5 minutes prior to crossing the extended centrelines / Approach area..
