REPLACEMENT OF ATS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES (RADIO) WITHIN KK FIR

1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 This circular serves as providing advanced information to the industry that the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia has commenced a replacement program for ageing VHF Radios located within the KK FIR.

1.2 These replacements are for the purpose to providing better Air Traffic Services at related aerodromes.

2 DETAILS OF EQUIPMENT

2.1 Details of ATS communication facilities for the following aerodromes are as follows:

3.1 The expected installation and effective dates for operation are as follows:
