WBMU  AD 2.20  LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

2.20.1. Circuit patterns are Left Hand Circuit for RWY 03 and Right Hand Circuit for RWY 21. Circuit altitude 1800 FT.
2.20.2. Procedures for VFR flights within Mulu Aerodrome
  1. Flight plan shall be filed for the flight concern.

  2. ATC clearance shall be obtained from Mulu Tower.

  3. Any deviation from ATC clearance requires prior permission.

  4. The flight shall be conducted with vertical visual reference to the ground.

  5. Two-way radio communication shall be established with Mulu Tower on 129.200 MHZ (P) or 121.700 MHZ (S) prior to entering Mulu circuit.

  6. Flights at 3000 FT or below transiting through the Mulu area shall establish two-way radio communication with Mulu Tower on 129.200 MHZ (P) or 121.700 MHZ (S) if their flight paths are expected to cross the extended centreline of RWY 21 / Approach area RWY 03 and the distance is less than 15 NM from the thresholds. Communication must be established at least 5 minutes prior to crossing the extended centrelines / Approach area..

2.23.2. Pilot to exercise caution on the aerodrome non-conforming issues as follows:
  1. Pilot to exercise extreme caution due to protruding of object in vicinity of aerodrome.

  2. Length for RESA RWY 03 only 40M, pilot to exercise extreme caution during take-off and landing.

  3. Non-standard markings on apron. Pilot should taxi with extreme caution.

2.23.3. All aircraft are not allowed to make locked wheel turn on the runway
