1.1 This circular serves as providing advanced information to the industry that the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia has commenced a replacement program for ageing navigational aids equipment located within the KL and KK FIRs.

1.2 These replacements are for the purpose to providing better Air Traffic Services at related aerodromes / en-route.
