Table 4.1 – Schedule Works Stages and Temporary Closure of Movement Areas
4.2 The detail area for each stage is provided in Attachment 1 and accompanying Appendix 1 to Appendix 6 of this Supplement.
4.3 The restricted movement areas and available parking bay(s) during the construction for each work stage is also provided in Attachment 2 and 2.1 of this Supplement.
5.1 Construction works will be carried out progressively in accordance to the works stages in order to minimize disruptions to the operation.
5.2 Construction works for Stage 1A, Stage 1B, New Parking Apron, Stage 2 and Stage 3 will be carried out during normal airport operational hours or up to twenty four (24) hours.
5.3 The affected working areas will be closed and cordoned/barricaded for construction works. Sufficient lighting will be available to demarcate the working areas.
6.1 No aircraft movement is allowed at closed portions of apron taxiway, aircraft stand taxilane, parking bays and taxiways.
6.2 The routes to be used by aircraft when taxiing into, on and out of the Apron will be specified by Air Traffic Control. The issuance by Air Traffic Control of a taxi route to an aircraft does not relieve the pilot-in-command of the responsibility to maintain separation with other aircraft on the movement area or to comply with Air Traffic Control directions intended to regulate aircraft movement.
7.1 During the construction period, pilots are advised to take note of the precautions on the presence of open excavation, workers, construction materials and construction equipment, particularly when taxiing adjacent to Apron Taxiway and Aircraft Stand Taxilane while works within the cordoned/barricaded areas are in progress.
8.1 This AIP Supplement and relevant charts will be applicable during the whole of the construction period.
9.1 This AIP Supplement will remain current until the works have been completed.
