FLIGHT SAFETY DOCUMENTS SYSTEM

1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 In addition to the requirement of Regulation 47 and 48 CAR 1996, this AIC is issued in the exercise of the powers conferred under Section 24O of the Civil Aviation Act 1969.

2 REQUIREMENTS

2.1 In conformity to ICAO Annex 6 Part I Chap. 3, 3.3 and Part III Chap. 1, 1.18, all Malaysian AOC holders involve in international commercial air transport shall establish a flight safety documents system, for the use and guidance of operational personnel.

2.2 Guidance on the development and organization of flight safety documents system is provided in this attachment.
