  KUALA LUMPUR FLIGHT INFORMATION REGION TRIAL OF RESTRICTED AREA WMR416d

1.  Trial of restricted area WMR416D bounded by a straight line joining WMR416 boundary at 041721.07N 1003954.23E to a point 041721.07N 1004425.60E, then following the Ipoh CTR boundary to a point at 041057.71N 1005146.26E, then an arc 15 NM radius centred on helipad reference point 041358.04N 1003704.15E clockwise to a point 040148.10N 1004547.56E, then following the coastline to Lumut WMR416 boundary at 041059.23N 1003641.83E (Lumut, Perak).

2.  Lower limit: GND/SEA

Upper limit : 3000 ft AMSL

3.  Controlling authority

  1. Delegated to Lumut Tower when Lumut (WMLH) ATS is operational.

    Frequency : 123.500 MHz.

    Hours of operation : a. MON - THU 0000-0900

    b. FRI 0000-0500 0600-0900

  2. Outside Lumut (WMLH) operating hours, WMR 416D is delegated to Lumpur Flight Information Service.

    Frequency : 126.100 MHz

    Hours of operation : HJ

4.  Remark : Active daily during daylight hours and in VMC.

5.  This AIP Supplement supersedes NOTAM A0196/26 and will remain in force until 18th March 2029. Any updates, changes, or cancellations to this supplement will be notified through NOTAM.
